Shipping policy

Shipping
Free standard shipping for orders over $100 is available to all 50 states including APO AND FPO addresses and US territories which include:  Washington D.C., Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific.  Please note this does not include orders shipping to Canada.
**Canada has a $27 flat rate and extended delivery dates can be expected.  Custom duties that are applied are not covered by Honeysuckles Children's Boutique, LLC.  All currency is USD.
**Alaska and HAWAII HAVE FREE SHIPPING for all orders $125+, or $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $125.
Expedited Shipping:
If your order is placed on a weekday before 2 pm EST, we will process and ship your order the same day!  If your order is placed over the weekend we will ship it the next business day!
**Weekends are not counted as shipping days by Fed-Ex and USPS.
Standard Shipping:
Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 1-2 business days.  Standard shipping is sent through USPS.
Processing Times:

We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days and holidays.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We will ship in-stock items as quickly as possible.  Pre-order items will ship according to their estimated shipping dates as they are received from our manufacturers.
Personalized items require additional processing time.  Standard is 2 weeks and rush is 1 week.  If there are multiple items in your order, they will ship together when the personalization is complete.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is successfully packaged for shipment, you will receive and email notification with your tracking number.  If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.
Missing Packages:
  • Please allow 24 hours from the time USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
  • If 24hrs has passed since USPS tracking shows delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information.  This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS.  If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.
  • Please reach out to our customer service team via email, phone, social media messenger within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.
  • It is our policy to issue replacements for lost orders.
  • If a package is not delivered due to incorrect address being provided to Honeysuckles Children's Boutique at the time of purchase, Honeysuckles Children's Boutique is not liable for mis-delivery.
